1. Quién opera TSF

NovaMarket es el nombre comercial que usa Guillermo Rentería Hernández, persona física. No es una sociedad ni una empresa constituida. Donde esta página dice «el operador», se refiere a esa persona.

2. Qué es TSF

TSF es una herramienta interna. Prepara vídeos de producto y los sube como borrador a la cuenta de TikTok del propio operador, usando la Content Posting API de TikTok.

El vídeo llega al buzón de borradores de TikTok y ahí se queda. Una persona lo abre dentro de la app de TikTok, lo termina y decide si lo publica, a mano.

Hoy, solo el operador. La única cuenta de TikTok autorizada es @novamarket114, que es suya. No hay usuarios terceros ni forma de darse de alta.

Si algún día TSF se abre a otras personas, estos términos se actualizarán antes de que eso ocurra.

5. Qué hace con la cuenta de TikTok autorizada

La autorización se otorga por OAuth, dentro de TikTok. TSF pide dos permisos, los mínimos que necesita para su trabajo: user.info.basic y video.upload.

De esa autorización TSF recibe y guarda tres datos: un access token, un refresh token y un identificador open_id. No se pide ni se guarda la contraseña de TikTok; TSF nunca la ve.

Esos datos viven en un servidor propio, cifrados con AES-256-GCM, en un fichero con permisos 0600. No se escriben en los registros (logs), ni en el repositorio de código, ni en herramientas de terceros. No se venden, no se alquilan y no se comparten con nadie.

Con esa autorización TSF hace una sola cosa: subir un vídeo como borrador.

6. Responsabilidad del contenido

Un borrador no es una publicación. Quien abre el borrador en TikTok, lo termina y lo publica es responsable de lo que queda publicado: del vídeo, del texto, de la música y de los derechos de todo lo que aparezca.

Esa misma persona es responsable de cumplir las Normas de la Comunidad y los Términos de Servicio de TikTok, además de la ley aplicable. TikTok puede rechazar, limitar o retirar contenido conforme a sus propias reglas, y eso no depende de TSF.

7. Retirar la autorización

La autorización se puede retirar en cualquier momento, sin avisar a nadie y sin dar explicaciones, desde la propia app de TikTok: Perfil → Ajustes y privacidad → Seguridad y permisos → Gestionar permisos de apps.

Al retirarla, TSF deja de poder subir borradores a esa cuenta.

Además se puede escribir a renteg18@gmail.com para pedir que se borre el token guardado.

8. Esta página

Las páginas legales de TSF son HTML estático servido por el propio servidor. No usan cookies, no cargan scripts de terceros y no hacen analítica ni seguimiento de ningún tipo.

9. Sin garantías

TSF se ofrece tal como está. Es una herramienta pequeña, hecha y mantenida por una sola persona. Puede fallar, puede tener errores y puede dejar de funcionar si TikTok cambia su API o retira el acceso. No se promete disponibilidad, ni que un vídeo llegue siempre al buzón de borradores, ni resultado comercial alguno.

10. Límite de responsabilidad

Hasta donde lo permita la ley, el operador no responde por daños indirectos, pérdida de datos ni lucro cesante derivados del uso de TSF o de no poder usarlo. Lo que la ley no permite excluir —el dolo y la negligencia grave, por ejemplo— queda fuera de este límite.

Hoy no hay usuarios distintos del propio operador, así que el riesgo que describe esta cláusula lo corre él.

11. Cambios y fin del servicio

TSF es una herramienta interna: puede cambiar, pausarse o apagarse en cualquier momento, sin aviso previo. Estos términos también pueden cambiar; cuando cambien, cambia la fecha de última actualización que aparece arriba.

12. Ley aplicable y contacto

El servicio se ofrece en México y se rige por las leyes de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos. Cualquier controversia se resolverá ante los tribunales competentes de México.

1. Who operates TSF

NovaMarket is the trade name used by Guillermo Rentería Hernández, an individual (persona física). It is not a company or an incorporated entity. Where this page says “the operator”, it means that person.

2. What TSF is

TSF is an internal tool. It prepares product videos and uploads them as a draft to the operator’s own TikTok account, using TikTok’s Content Posting API.

The video lands in the TikTok drafts inbox and stays there. A person opens it inside the TikTok app, finishes it and decides whether to publish it, by hand.

Today, only the operator. The only authorized TikTok account is @novamarket114, which is his. There are no third-party users and no way to register.

If TSF is ever opened to other people, these terms will be updated before that happens.

5. What it does with the authorized TikTok account

Authorization is granted through OAuth, inside TikTok. TSF requests two permissions, the minimum its job needs: user.info.basic and video.upload.

From that authorization TSF receives and stores three things: an access token, a refresh token and an open_id identifier. No TikTok password is requested or stored; TSF never sees it.

Those items live on the operator’s own server, encrypted with AES-256-GCM, in a file with 0600 permissions. They are not written to logs, to the code repository, or to third-party tools. They are not sold, rented or shared with anyone.

With that authorization TSF does one single thing: upload a video as a draft.

6. Responsibility for the content

A draft is not a publication. Whoever opens the draft in TikTok, finishes it and publishes it is responsible for what ends up published: the video, the text, the music and the rights to everything shown.

That same person is responsible for following TikTok’s Community Guidelines and Terms of Service, as well as applicable law. TikTok may reject, limit or remove content under its own rules, and that is outside TSF’s control.

7. Withdrawing the authorization

The authorization can be withdrawn at any time, without notice to anyone and without giving reasons, from the TikTok app itself: Profile → Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Manage app permissions.

Once withdrawn, TSF can no longer upload drafts to that account.

You can also write to renteg18@gmail.com to ask for the stored token to be deleted.

8. This page

TSF’s legal pages are static HTML served by the operator’s own server. They use no cookies, load no third-party scripts, and perform no analytics or tracking of any kind.

9. No warranties

TSF is provided as is. It is a small tool, built and maintained by one person. It can fail, it can have bugs, and it can stop working if TikTok changes its API or withdraws access. No availability is promised, nor that a video will always reach the drafts inbox, nor any commercial result.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for indirect damages, loss of data or lost profits arising from using TSF or from being unable to use it. Whatever the law does not allow to be excluded — wilful misconduct and gross negligence, for example — falls outside this limit.

Today there are no users other than the operator himself, so the risk this clause describes is his own.

11. Changes and end of service

TSF is an internal tool: it can change, pause or shut down at any time, without prior notice. These terms can change too; when they do, the last-updated date above changes.

12. Governing law and contact

The service is offered in Mexico and is governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute will be settled before the competent courts of Mexico.
